Case Study: M1 Motors
M1 Motors is an exclusive BMW workshop owned and operated by Joe Chan. M1 Motors operates from a purpose built workshop and host the essential specialist equipment worthy of a BMW Specialist. Joe aimed to install a low cost waste water treatment package capable of treating his wash water before discharging to sewer. Closest sewer was located at the workshop toilet block approximately 40 metres from the wash bay site.
We installed TS1500 series oil water solids separator package ideally suited to single pressure washer wash down bay applications. As the sewer location was a distance from the wash bay, a compact pump tank system to pump the treated wash water up to the sewer which provided Joe the flexibility he needed to install the wash bay in the most ideal location in his workshop.
How our Oil Skimmers Work
Cleanawater's range of oil skimmers include two types of oil skimming systems to suit all industrial applications. Oil Skimmers are used where contaminated oil and sludge floating on a surface require removal from tanks, pits or pondage. They are commonly used in conjunction with oil separator systems to provide a total oil removal solution.
Cleanawater's OiL MiSER oil skimmers utilize an endless tube element which floats on the oil contaminated storage surface. As the element is drawn though the skimmer the oil clinging to the tube is scraped to a container for re-treatment or disposal. The OiL MiSER system s specifically constructed to suite heavy industrial applications such as mine workshops.
Cleanawater's range of self adjusting floating weir oil skimmers are designed to float on the surface and skim oil and other floating materials from the surface of liquids. They are quick and easy to install and weigh less than 5kg. Constructed from a selection of polypropylene or 316 marine grade stainless steel they are suitable for confined spaces.
